Job brief :
We have exciting Door Supervisor opportunities for candidates who have experience working within the Hospitality sector.
We are keen to speak with SIA licenced Door Supervisors across the UK, who want regular work, in established venues, earning competitive rates of pay.
Ideal candidates will be professional, take a pride in their appearance and have good customer service skills enabling them to interact with a range of clients and customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Controlling entry and exit routes.
- Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue.
- Crowd control.
- Monitoring customer behaviour.
- Carrying out ID checks.
- Screening and searching individuals.
Skills/Experience :
- Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor badge.
- Have proven experience within the security industry.
- Have good communication skills and be customer service focused.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Must be able to travel
- Be presentable on site, wearing the correct uniform.
